A graceful shrub that is covered with small tight leathery buds that will eventually open to reveal gorgeous flowers on strong stems in mid spring. The blossoms have large pale pink outer edges and a deep pink color at the base of the petals. It will stay in bloom for several weeks. It is a hardy and adaptable plant with dark green foliage that requires minimum care.
